Wellefast Elite Sports Training

Wellefast Elite Sports Training is nationally recognized for it’s Sports Performance Training program.  Our Training Program is designed to build athletic attributes specialized for the athlete and their sport.  This program is for athletes of all ages and talent levels who are looking to increase their speed, agility, power, strength, vertical jump, acceleration, and more.

Schedule

The school year schedule consists of Junior Elite (ages 10-14) / Elite (ages 15 and over) groups:
Monday-Friday – 3:00-4:00pm, 4:00-5:00pm, and 5:00-6:00pm

The summer schedule consists of Junior Elite Training Sessions:
Mondays – 10:00-11:00am, 3:00-4:00pm
Tuesdays – 9:00-10:00am, 3:00-4:00pm
Wednesdays – 10:00am-11:00am, 3:00-4:00pm
Thursdays – 9:00-10:00am, 3:00-4:00pm
